The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Melissa J. Ward, wife of retired (and deceased) Deputy Robert M. Ward who was assigned to the Narcotics Bureau when he retired in 1994. She passed away on February 11, 2016.
