The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Deputy Raymond Ruiz, on March 5, 2015. Ray joined the Department on January 2, 1985, and retired on January 31, 2013.

His last assignment was the Special Operations Group, ICIB.
