The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Supervisor Dispatcher Virginia Chance on June 18, 2015.  Virginia joined the department on September 1, 1952 and retired on July 20, 1983 from the Sheriff’s Communication Center.  She was 87 years of age.
