The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Senior Clerk Sandra K. Waters. She passed away on February 21, 2015.

Sandra joined the Sheriff’s Department on December 12, 1966 and retired from the Inmate Reception Center on August 1, 1977.
