The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Plumber Ricardo A. Olvera. He passed away on May 5, 2015.

Ricardo joined the Sheriff’s Department on August 1, 1992 and retired from the Facilities Services Bureau on April 30, 2014.
