The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Deputy William H. McGinnis. He passed away on May 4, 2015.

William joined the Sheriff’s Department on September 16, 1964 and retired from Biscaluiz Center Custody Facility on January 31, 1995.

He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
