The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Captain William F. Kennedy. He passed away on February 2, 2016.

William joined the Sheriff’s Department on August 8, 1951 and retired from Biscaluiz Center on March 30, 1982.

He was a veteran of the United States Navy.
