The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Sergeant Walter H. Foster. He passed away on May 12, 2015.

Walter joined the Sheriff’s Department on January 8, 1951 and retired from Records Bureau on March 31, 1986.

He was a veteran of the United States Merchant Marine during World War II.
