The staff of the Sheriff’s Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Sergeant Victor Garcia Jr. on June 13, 2015.  Victor joined the department on April 4, 1962 and retired on March 30, 1992 from the South Bay Burglary Team – Lomita Station.
