The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Deputy Theresa M. Carpenter. She passed away on October 31, 2015.

Theresa joined the Sheriff’s Department on April 18, 1966 and retired from Court Services on July 20, 1977.
