The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Deputy Thelma P. Hicks. She passed away on January 19, 2016.

Thelma joined the Sheriff’s Department on July 17, 1967 and retired from Technical Services Transportation on October 3, 1973.
