The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of retired Lieutenant Robert E. Carroll. He passed away on February 4, 2015.

Robert joined the Sheriff’s Department on May 16, 1958, and retired from Technical Services Transportation Bureau on March 17, 1981.

Robert was a veteran who served in the United States Navy.
