The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Deputy Richard J. Kramer. He passed away on April 19, 2015.

Richard joined the Sheriff’s Department on August 11, 1952 and retired from the Vice Bureau on March 17, 1982.

He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
