The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of retired Captain Ray Peavy on April 4, 2015, after a valiant fight with cancer.  Ray joined the Sheriffs’ Department on January 13, 1969, and retired from Homicide Bureau on June 1, 2007.
