The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of retired Sergeant Kenneth J. Norris. He passed away on February 14, 2015.

Kenneth joined the Sheriff’s Department on August 29, 1962, and retired from Norwalk Station on March 17, 1991.

He was also a veteran of the United States Army.
