The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Sergeant Joseph R. Torcaso. He passed away on March 4, 2016.

Joseph joined the Sheriff’s Department on January 3, 1961 and retired from Administration Bureau on September 17, 1986.

Joseph was a veteran of the United States Army.
