The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Deputy Jerry E. Schimming, on December 14, 2015.

Jerry joined the department on January 25, 1968. He retired in September 22, 1997.

His last unit of assignment was Lakewood Station.

Jerry was a veteran and served in the U.S. Marine Corp.
