The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of retired Deputy James Bartle on February 10, 2015, from a heart attack. He joined the Department on August 24, 1972, and retired on October 1, 1989.

His last unit of assignment was the Hall of Justice. He was 64 years of age.
