Facilities Services Bureau is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Sergeant Herbert Delos Fell, brother-in-law to Assistant Director John Carillo. He passed away on February 5, 2016 after a long battle with cancer.

Herbert joined the Sheriff’s Department on September 8, 1978 and spent many of his years at Pico Rivera Station. He retired from Transportation Bureau on February 22, 2005 as a Statewide Sergeant.
