The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of retired Deputy IV Ernest Ramirez. He passed away on February 6, 2015.

Ernest joined the Sheriff’s Department on July 9, 1956, and retired from the Inmate Reception Center on March 24, 1980.

He was also a veteran of the United States Army.
