The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Deputy Marshal David L. Elder. He passed away on November 27, 2015.

David joined the Marshal’s Department on October 10, 1980 and retired from the Sheriff’s Department Court Services Division, Long Beach Court on March 29, 2014.
