The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Deputy Darryl S. Carter. He passed away on October 23, 2015.

Darryl joined the Sheriff’s Department on September 8, 1978 and retired from TST on September 22, 2003.
