The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Deputy Charles F. Moeller. He passed away on January 5, 2016.

He joined the Sheriff’s Department on August 28, 1963 and retired from Detective Division on December 31, 1980.

He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps.
