The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Deputy IV Cecil D. Anderson. He passed away on October 27, 2015.

Cecil joined the Sheriff’s Department on July 9, 1956 and retired from Narco on January 18, 1989.

He was a veteran of the United States Army and The United States Naval Reserve.
