The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of Retired Lieutenant Carl L. Breitinger. He passed away on March 29, 2015.

Carl joined the Sheriff’s Department on January 12, 1942 and retired from Mira Loma on March 31, 1971.
