The staff of the Sheriffs’ Relief Association is saddened to announce the passing of retired Deputy Billy A. Pricer. He passed away on March 6, 2015.

Billy joined the Sheriff’s Department on September 21, 1967, and retired from Pico Rivera Station on February 20, 1975. Billy served as a Department chaplain after he retired.

He was also a veteran of the United States Navy.
