I have served on the Board for nine years. I have had the opportunity to meet many of our SRA members and assist them in times of crisis, as well as celebrating milestones in their career. I have spoken to brand new Department members during orientation to share all of the benefits SRA has to offer in order to build our membership. I believe SRA is an amazing benevolent organization that only has the best interest of the employees of the Sheriff’s Department in mind. We strive to make decisions that has allowed SRA to continue being a financially healthy organization.
During my 33 years on the Sheriff’s Department, I have had the opportunity to work a variety of assignments and build relationships with Department members. This has allowed me to gain insight on the day-to-day operation and the personal needs of employees, especially in times of need. I have a deep desire to work collaboratively, positively, and productively with other board members to continue the mission of the association.
