Brian Fraser, Son-in-Law of Retired Sergeant Mike Pagan, was killed on October 1, 2017 while attending the Country Concert in Las Vegas, Nevada. Brian was the husband of Mike’s oldest daughter, Stephanie. Brian and Stephanie were at the concert with Mike’s youngest daughter and her husband, who is a Riverside County Deputy (who got the rest of the family to safety). Brian’s oldest son, who had just returned from overseas, was also in attendance but had left earlier. Brian leaves behind his wife and three children.
Mike retired from Norwalk Station and was a member of Class 120. Mike is currently in Las Vegas with his family and trying (with great difficulty) to make arrangements to identify Brian’s body and get the family back to California. If anyone in Las Vegas has any connections with the Coroner’s Office, please contact Mike.
